Nursery Practitioner Level 3 | Up to £28,500

The nursery has been refurbished and is set up with separate rooms for each age group, with age-appropriate toys and resources in place, to provide an exciting learning journey. We're looking for a Level 3 practitioner who can step in and deliver strong early years.

Before you apply

You must hold a Level 3 early years qualification and be eligible to work in the UK.
Recent nursery experience is required , ideally in a similar setting.
This role requires confident independent practice and accurate record keeping.

What You'll Need

Level 3 early years qualification (or equivalent)
Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Strong communication and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and within a structured routine

Desirable

Paediatric first aid qualification

What You'll Do

Deliver planned activities and child-led learning across the day
Support children with routines including mealtimes, sleep, and personal care
Complete observations, assessments, and learning journal updates
Maintain room environment and ensure resources are organised and safe
Communicate with parents at drop-off and collection
Work with the team to set learning goals and track progress
