This role is ideal for experienced cleaners who want flexible work opportunities and enjoy teaming up with a professional crew. You’ll fill in when a regular team member is unavailable or provide extra support on larger jobs. Responsibilities Meet our team directly at client locations Assist with whole-home cleans, deep cleans, and specialty jobs as needed Follow client preferences and our natural cleaning standards Communicate clearly with team members and maintain professionalism in client homes Compensation & Schedule Paid hourly ( Hours begin at arrival to the first client and include drive time between jobs until completion of the last clean Payments via Gusto ACH Flexible, on-call schedule with upcoming full-day needs and ongoing opportunities thereafter Requirements Previous residential cleaning or housekeeping experience required Reliable personal transportation Ability to work full days when scheduled Comfortable using non-toxic cleaning products Why Join Us?
