As a Warehouse Associate at Wayfair, you are the engine of our logistics network, directly responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and in perfect condition. We move large volumes of product, from small parcels to full-size furniture, and rely on your focus on speed, safety, and attention to detail to keep our supply chain moving. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you'll be cross-trained across various fulfillment functions, giving you diverse experience in every step of the process—from inbound receipt to preparing final-mile deliveries.
This role requires a team player who is willing to move between departments (such as Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns) based on operational needs. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following core functions:
The ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work a full shift (8+ hours a day) in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. The ability to frequently lift and move merchandise up to 75+ lbs. unassisted. Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you. Previous warehouse, logistics, or comparable experience is preferred. A High School Diploma or GED is also preferred. Basic ability to use computers, tablets, and handheld inventory devices is essential.
