PT- home health needed asap Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Mexico At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred) BLS Skilled in patient communication, documentation, and problem-solving Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Proficient with electronic health records and mobile charting Passionate about function-focused, relationship-driven care Committed to our mission: to bring out the courage in others
