Dumpster Today is a locally owned, family-oriented, veteran-owned dumpster rental company serving Jefferson County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a dependable, professional Part-Time Roll-Off Driver who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and values reliability and safety.

This role is primarily responsible for delivering and picking up dumpsters using a single-axle roll-off truck.

Schedule

• Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Hours may vary slightly depending on seasonality and workload

Pay

• $20–$25/hour based on experience
• Profit-sharing bonus opportunities
• Paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver and pick up dumpsters throughout Jefferson County
• Back trucks into residential driveways, construction sites, and tight spaces safely and confidently
• Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups
• Use the Docket app to take photos and document jobs
• Perform basic safety checks and ensure loads are secure
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of truck and equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT requirements
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, and job completion

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Clean driving record
• Clean criminal background
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Roll-off experience preferred, but not required
• If no roll-off experience; driving box trucks, trailers, construction vehicles, or delivery vehicles is a plus
• Comfortable driving in residential neighborhoods and active job sites
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be physically capable of climbing in/out of trucks repeatedly and handling tarps/safety checks as needed
• Smartphone proficiency required for using company apps and taking job photos
