We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support daily receiving, inventory, and material-handling operations. In this role, you will unload incoming shipments, verify documentation, ensure accurate receipt of materials, and maintain an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety‑focused, and comfortable operating forklifts and other material‑handling equipment. Your Key Responsibilities Offload trucks using a forklift and/or pallet jack. Collect Bills of Lading (BOLs) and related documents to receive materials into the system. Review documentation to verify the correct items and quantities are being received. Confirm that shipped materials match physical inventory and accompanying paperwork. Identify, label, and prepare materials for proper storage. Put away received materials in designated warehouse locations. Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard. Your Profile 1-2 years’ of experience in a receiving position Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Windows-based computer programs. Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable. Able to operate forklift equipment as needed. Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures. Capable of lifting and handling up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with IFS or similar ERP software.
