Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time paraprofessional position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, serving students in grades K-12 with a focus on elementary classrooms. This role supports both Extended School Year (ESY) and Non-Extended School Year (NSY) programs within a public school setting located in the Derry, NH area. The position is Monday through Friday, offering 32 to 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities include providing one-on-one assistance to a student with special education needs due to an autism spectrum disorder. The student requires support with academic activities as well as assistance with daily living skills. The paraprofessional will collaborate closely with the special education team and classroom teachers to help the student make progress toward individualized goals.
