YOUR ROLE AS A HOTEL ON CALL FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
As a new member of our team, you will be the first point of contact, whether it's answering phone calls to assist with reservations or making adjustments to existing bookings. Your genuinely friendly and helpful nature will create a lasting impression on our guests.
In the mornings, you will have the opportunity to connect with guests as they check out or enjoy a delightful breakfast. It's a chance to make their start to the day even brighter. In the evenings, you will welcome new arrivals and ensure they feel right at home from the moment they enter. Your role is essential in guaranteeing that our guests have the absolute best experience possible!
