Responsibilities As Nurse Administrator, you will manage patient care delivery across all hospital units during night shifts, serving as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders or when care-related issues arise. Qualifications Required Criteria Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Master’s Degree in Nursing in related field (If currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, must be completed within 1 year of hire) Three years of recent progressive leadership, management experience BLS certification from the American Heart Association Preferred Criteria American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board Certification On-site Requirement and Travel Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
