Role Overview:

Empower young professionals by becoming a Life Coach for Mentees with The Lantern

Network. Through group coaching sessions, you’ll inspire mentees to unlock their potential

and navigate their personal and professional journeys with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead bi-weekly group coaching sessions on topics like confidence-building, career

planning, and time management.

• Share actionable strategies that mentees can immediately implement.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment where mentees feel empowered to

grow.

• Collaborate with The Lantern Network team to tailor sessions to mentee needs.

Time Commitment:

4 hours per month, with flexible scheduling.
