Point Quest Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, child-centered occupational therapy services across clinic, school, and community-based environments. You will support children with diverse developmental, neurological, and learning needs, focusing on improving fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, play, and participation in daily routines. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help implement individualized treatment plans, prepare and adapt therapeutic activities, and track progress toward functional goals that promote growth and independence. You will participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development to strengthen your pediatric and school-based practice skills, while enjoying a dynamic work environment that encourages diversity of thought and continuous learning.
