QUALIFICATIONS:
PART TIME POSITION
T-Th 8-4pm
8 hour day total
Customer Service Oriented
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Driver's License/Good Driving Record (Required)
Willing to Train the Right Person
High School Diploma or GED required, College (at least some) would be nice
Basic Computer Skills (MS Word, Outlook)
Willingness to learn and navigate utilized industry software (e.g. Buildium)
Minimal bookkeeping experience preferred but not required
Certain requirements, like Notary and Fair Housing Training, will be provided if needed
JOB DESCRIPTION
Answer phone, email or other communications promptly and pleasantly
Track lease renewals, expirations
Enforce community rules
Review resident applications and assist to gather documentation and data needed for processing application
Complete move in and move out inspection
Tour prospective residents, overcome objections and create interest.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and current residents
Facilitate the leasing process including all necessary move in paperwork.
Assist with general office tasks including answering phones and communicating with residents.
Manage complaints from residents
