All work will be performed in accordance with the employer's certificate to employ minors issued by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. The High School Intern(s) will assist with various manufacturing tasks and projects. This role is designed to provide practical experience in a manufacturing environment, supporting production and operations teams.
This position is onsite at our Tualatin, Oregon headquarters.

Evaluation and Feedback: The employer will evaluate the Intern periodically throughout the summer to ensure that the Intern is given appropriate feedback on his or her employment skills and development. Employer will provide appropriate, industry-standard task training to the Intern before and during each task assignment. The employer will strive to provide oral feedback at least every other week and will provide a written assessment at the end of the learning experience.
