Corporate EHS Manager
Summary:
The Corporate EHS Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and environmental leadership of all Miller Milling facilities and ensure compliance with corporate and legal standards and regulations. These responsibilities will include conducting safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with occupational and environmental health and safety requirements. This position will also establish and maintain complete safety and environmental training records and develop, update and manage workplace EHS programs, procedures and policies and be a driving force to support ongoing behavioral based safety initiatives.

Salary & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is $105,000-$132,500 which includes annual base pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. Position is eligible for variable incentive pay in accordance with performance in accordance with an annual bonus plan. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
Work location:
Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but requires travel to Eden Prairie, MN office)
Travel: May include up to 40% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
