Car Sales Associate

Schicker CDJR of Washington is looking for a motivated Car Sales Associate with a passion for social media to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a traditional sales position and is excited to grow quickly in a modern dealership environment. NO SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED - hands on paid training by the best in the business!

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process from initial greeting to delivery
2. Create engaging social media content including videos, reels, posts, and stories featuring:
• New and used inventory
• Test drives and walkarounds
• Customer deliveries
• Dealership events and promotions
3. Build relationships both in-store and online to generate personal leads
4. Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and social platforms
5. Collaborate with management and the marketing team on campaigns and content ideas
6. Maintain knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, features, and incentives

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable on camera or willing to learn
• Social media knowledge or interest in content creation
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
• Valid driver's license
