Pay: Starting at $23.92/hr plus an extra $1.25/hr for shift differential Shift 7AM-330PM Monday to Friday with OT as needed Required Experience: Forklift Operator 6 Months . What will you get to do? Operating power equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, load, unload, pick, and count merchandise. Work on a standing forklift operator and be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. Unloading/loading trucks using dock stocker & pallet jacks. Shipping & receiving ingredients and finished goods. Stocking racks, push back racks and shuttle racks up to 25 feet high using dock stockers and reach trucks. Stocking & clearing the production lines Using RF guns to correctly complete inventory moves – one at a time. What it’s like at Nature’s Bakery Safety. Safety is a top priority for us. We provide protective gear and training to ensure a safe work environment. Surroundings. You’ll work around moving machines – mixers, conveyor belts, and forklifts. Activity. Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, walking around, or climbing stairs. Temperature. We are climate controlled. When the weather outside is undesirable, the temperature inside our facility is controlled, so you stay safe and comfortable. Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety.
