Job Description

We are seeking a driven, organized, and team-focused Assistant Manager to serve as the on-site lead at our medical spa, reporting to the Regional Manager and Owner.Our medical spa specializes in advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments including injectables, laser hair removal, BBL photofacials, skin rejuvenation, microneedling, chemical peels, body contouring, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and more. The Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering on sales targets, coaching the front-of-house team, ensuring operational excellence, and taking ownership of daily clinic operations.
