Job Description

This role is for a concept-first thinker and maker, someone who doesn’t just make things look good but makes them matter. You’ll partner across teams, contribute to big ideas, and help shape work that moves both clients and audiences.

This position reports to one of our Creative Directors and will be located in our Boise, Idaho office.

What You’ll Do
  • Concept, develop, and execute breakthrough creative across digital and traditional channels
  • Turn insights into fresh, engaging campaigns that resonate in the real world
  • Present and sell your ideas to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, and cross-functional teams to elevate the work
  • Contribute to production, from concept through execution, alongside internal and external partners
  • Jump into new business pitches and help bring Drake Cooper’s story to life
What You Bring
  • 2–5 years of agency experience in art direction or design
  • A portfolio that proves you’re both a strong conceptual thinker and a skilled visual storyteller
  • Experience across modern channels: Print, OOH, Interactive, UI/UX, Email, Mobile, and Social
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (and whatever tools help you make great work)
  • Experience using AI tools to support creative development and production, with strong judgment in maintaining originality, brand integrity, and high design standards
  • Understanding of production processes across video, audio, and experiential
  • A team player, you work well with others and make the work better because of it
  • A sharp pulse on culture, trends, and what actually connects with audiences
