ResponsibilitiesPeraton is seeking a mid-level All Source Intelligence Analyst to provide analysis of multi-INT data to develop comprehensive and accurate identity intelligence on behalf of a national-level customer. The analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized intelligence products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including internal and external partners as well as senior policymakers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment under minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities of this role include:Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt;Developing, coordinating, incorporating feedback within, and delivering all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and/or briefings;Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gapsQualificationsRequired QualificationsCurrent TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree;Experience leveraging analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle;Familiarity with the use of visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products;Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadershipDesired QualificationsExperience supporting national-level customers;Experience working in the customer’s operational environment;Experience leveraging customer tools and databases to develop analytic productsPeraton OverviewPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
