Payrate: $47.13 - $47.13/hr.
Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining production during 3rd shift operations in the Fabrication department. Your primary duties will include supporting operators, maintenance, and salary support staff. This involves troubleshooting MES systems, managing automated or manual welding processes, training operators, and other production support-related tasks. The role requires weekend support based on production needs.

- Troubleshoot MES systems and automated or manual welding processes.
- Train operators and provide production support.
- Develop and document projects or processes.
- Provide weekend support depending on production needs.
Qualifications - Experience with manual and robotic welding systems, Fanuc preferred.
- Ability to support production through execution of new or existing processes.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting automated and/or manual processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- Capability to work independently as well as in a group setting.
- Follow up with group communications or work tickets effectively.
- Proficiency in documenting work processes.
- Experience using Microsoft products such as Excel and Outlook.
Skills - Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$47.13 - $47.13/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
