Job Title: Welder and Fitter
Job Description
The Welder and Fitter will fit, fabricate, and weld metal components and assemblies according to drawings and specifications for a variety of structural projects. This role involves performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols, and working with pipe, structural steel, and plate materials. The position requires strong fabrication skills, consistent adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a field-based team that travels frequently to project sites.

Work Environment
This is a primarily field-based role with local travel required. Typical shifts run Monday through Friday for 8–10 hours per day. Projects are typically located in the Southern Wisconsin area. Work is performed on-site at various project locations, and team sizes generally range from 5 to 8 workers plus a team lead. Tools needed for the job are provided.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
