We are looking for someone with a great personality to be the Warm Welcome at our Center ! Duties include but not limited to: Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service. Answer all client questions and incoming calls professionally and courteously. Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department, take down messages, communicate with appropriate employees. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Accept all letters and packages Maintains security and telecommunications system. Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with essential items. Requirements: High school diploma or relevant qualification. Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
