Job Title: Stock Clerk

Location: Bradenton, FL

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour + Quarterly Bonus Eligibility

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–Thursday

Work Setting: On-Site

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, stock clerk, shipping & receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and keyboard proficiency required
• Experience with MRP systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, consistent attendance required
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods
• Ability to walk up and down stairs regularly
• Ability to reach, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl as needed
• Ability to regularly lift 10–25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

• Manage daily shipments, receiving, and stockroom operations
• Count, sort, and verify incoming materials to ensure accurate receipt
• Store inventory in designated bins and warehouse locations
• Fill orders and issue supplies from stock to production teams
• Distribute materials to production workers and maintain accurate inventory records
• Support planning and operations teams to move inventory through the production process
• Verify outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment
• Assemble boxes and containers; insert items with proper protective materials
• Affix shipping labels, postage, and record shipping weights and charges
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
