We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) . This position is open to paraprofessionals, special education specialists, childcare providers, and individuals with experience working with children , including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) . Prior ABA experience is not required —training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to children and adolescents with developmental needs

• Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA

• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living skills

• Assist with behavior management in home, school, or community settings

• Collect basic data and communicate progress with supervisors and families

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in any setting (school, childcare, camps, after-school programs, etc.)

• Experience working with children with ASD or developmental delays is a plus, but not required

• Paraprofessional, special education, psychology, education, or related background encouraged to apply

• Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills

• Willingness to learn ABA principles and complete RBT training (if not already certified)

• High school diploma required; college coursework in education, psychology, or related field is a plus
