Pay Range: $18.50/Hour Role Description This is a part‑time, remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and audience engagement across multiple platforms. The responsibilities include planning and creating high‑quality content, optimizing posts for visibility and impact, monitoring online engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up to date with trends in social media marketing to refine strategies and improve results. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to effectively manage and enhance the company’s online presence Strong Communication and Writing skills to create impactful and engaging content Proficiency in developing and executing Content Strategies across multiple digital platforms Experience in using analytics tools to track performance and optimize content strategy Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting Knowledge of the firearms or tactical training industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
