What You’ll Do: Providing quality service to customers and team members by managing an efficient and productive operation. All related areas for technicians, parts, and customer service. Department budgets, warranty process, fleet management, customer issues, and all department team members. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Exceptional project management, departmental management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong people leadership competencies as well as an ability to coach, mentor and develop the team. Retail & Distribution Experience is a plus!
