Overview The opportunity We are seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst with 6+ years of hands-on experience configuring the Workday Compensation and Payroll modules to join our People Technology team. In this role, you will serve as a senior subject matter expert and key owner of Workday configuration, optimization, and ongoing support, with a strong focus on enabling scalable, compliant and globally aligned processes. You will partner closely with HR, Total Rewards and Payroll to architect and deliver stable, well-designed solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role requires a strong blend of functional HR and payroll knowledge, deep technical Workday expertise, and the ability to independently lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. As a senior member of the team, you will play an important role in influencing design decisions, establishing best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and helping drive the overall maturity of our Workday ecosystem. What you'll be doing Serve as the senior functional and technical owner for Workday Compensation (including Advanced Compensation) and Payroll, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs Lead the design, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of compensation and payroll processes, balancing user experience, operational efficiency, auditability, and control Drive and support annual and off-cycle compensation planning activities, including merit, bonus, stock, and promotion processes, along with associated business process design and governance Independently manage and deliver medium- to large-scale projects and enhancements, including stakeholder alignment, requirement gathering, prioritization, testing, and post-production support Troubleshoot complex system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable, scalable solutions, along with providing guidance on Workday best practices, process standardization, and governance, helping to improve system maturity and operational excellence across the People Technology landscape What we're looking for 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with deep expertise in Compensation (including Advanced Compensation), Payroll (required) and Time Tracking modules (preferred) Deep understanding of end-to-end compensation, payroll, HR, and Total Rewards processes, including global considerations, compliance requirements, controls, and downstream impacts Proven experience leading or heavily influencing Workday implementations, enhancements, and module rollouts, particularly in compensation and payroll domains Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex workstreams, make sound configuration and design decisions, and manage competing priorities with minimal oversight Ability to assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable system solutions that align with broader business goals You might also have Workday Pro Certification in Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, or Core HCM Prior involvement in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation or major global module rollout Experience operating in a global environment with complex compensation and payroll requirements Additional information Relocation support is not available for this position Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Benefits, eligibility, and offerings vary by country and employment status; details provided during the interview process.
