Summary
The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for leading business integration of acquired entities' finance functions into shared services processes and ERP systems. This role requires strong knowledge of shared services processes and Oracle, along with problem solving skills and comfort in a fast paced environment.

Essential Duties
Acquisition Integration
• Represent Finance Shared Services for integration projects.
• Participate in pre integration discovery sessions and gain an understanding of business models, products, customers, and suppliers.
• Provide proposed resource plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform UAT for areas owned by shared services.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve issues identified during discovery, UAT, and post integration.
• Support shared services teams in preparing for post integration.

Process and System Transformation
• Participate in ERP transformation projects and provide input to business process owners and consultants.
• Work with colleagues in non-integrated entities to identify areas shared services can support without system integration.
• Assist team members in delivering agreed upon services to non-integrated entities.

Primary Duties
• Lead or support process improvement and automation projects.

Essential Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of shared services processes, including accounting, credit/collections, and accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle.
• Experience in business integration projects.
• Experience in process improvement.
• Ability to work cooperatively with cross functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to manage ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in project management.

Work Environment
• Employee works primarily in an office environment with moderate noise levels.
OR
• Employee works in a home office environment with a defined workspace and necessary technology.

Work Requirements
• Compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to quality, security, safety, business continuity, and environmental systems.
• Travel and fieldwork may be required. A valid passport may be needed.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the hiring country.

Pay Details: $46.00 per hour
