If you've ever worked in sales — whether that's retail, flooring, real estate, insurance, political canvassers, or anything that required you to connect with people and close — you already have the most important skill this job requires. We'll teach you everything about roofing and insurance restoration.
At Woof Roofs, we believe in honesty, quality work, and continuous training — and that means we invest in our people before we put them in the field. You won't be dropped into a neighborhood on day one without the knowledge and confidence to represent us well.
Your role is simple: introduce yourself, educate homeowners on their right to a free roof inspection, and book the appointment. Our licensed project managers handle the insurance process, the negotiations, and the close. You focus on people. We handle the rest.
And the commission structure? It's 10% of every approved claim — UNCAPPED, with no ceiling. In a market where insurance roofing jobs average $12,000–$18,000, that number adds up fast for people who show up and put in the work.
