Compensation:
$20/hr-$45/hr (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:
Our client, an award-winning residential design firm, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Drafter to join their collaborative team at their St. Petersburg office (fully onsite). This role involves creating precise and detailed design documentation, collaborating with architects and designers, and ensuring the highest quality standards in all projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural and construction drawings using Revit software.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to develop design concepts into technical documentation.
• Review and revise plans to align with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of all deliverables.
• Assist in project coordination, including communication with consultants and contractors as needed.
• Support the design team with technical expertise and troubleshooting related to Revit.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit software is required, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
• 2+ years of professional drafting experience in architecture or design.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
