Our targeted site strategies, hands-on execution, and strong community partnerships have led to the successful development of over 4 gigawatts of contracted and operational energy projects—including work completed by our leadership team in prior roles. We focus on reducing risk, maximizing long-term value, and building trust with every stakeholder.
We've built a top-tier team of professionals with the experience, drive, and creativity to deliver complex energy infrastructure projects. Our culture values collaboration, accountability, and thoughtful problem-solving, anchored by a shared commitment to building projects that matter.
We bring together diverse perspectives from across the country and around the world. Whether based in our offices in San Francisco, Washington D.C., and Portland, Maine, or working remotely, our team operates in a dynamic, flexible environment where people are empowered to grow and contribute at every level.
We move fast, think strategically, and work together to turn ambitious goals into real-world infrastructure. Our team-first mindset is core to everything we do.
From Project Developer to Director of Development, developers at Mission can expect to support projects throughout development stages and work collaboratively with cross-functional groups including from finance, engineering, GIS, real estate, permitting, transmission/interconnection, and revenue contract origination.
