Posting Date : 06/15/2026 Primary Location : 3526 Dutchmans Ln., Louisville, KY 40205 Job Title : Registered Nurse – DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD) Schedule : 3‑4 days a week, 12+ hour shifts, no on call, alternating Saturdays, some travel to other SNF clinics. Overview DaVita Kidney Care is expanding its Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services (DSD) team at Seneca Place. This role provides dialysis care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, with training provided and opportunities to grow. Responsibilities Provide independent dialysis care and make clinical decisions to keep treatments on schedule. Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and self‑care. Supervise Dialysis Technicians to meet program capacity and efficiency goals. Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate patient care. Apply critical thinking and maintain autonomy while managing complex cases. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and documentation. Requirements Registered Nurse license in the state of practice; minimum 12 months of RN experience. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), BSN, or accredited diploma program. Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook). Previous chronic or acute hemodialysis experience preferred but not required. Nice‑to‑Haves Training/teaching/healthcare education background. Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
