Summary
The RN in Adult Health Care (Med/Surg) is the basic level of professional nursing practice. The nurse identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.
Schedule
Part-time, 48 hours every 2 weeks
Rotating Day/Evening/Night, 8-hour shifts
Every other weekend
Rotating holidays

Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour
Bachelors in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour
Masters in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour
Pay range: $43.24 to $65.47 per hour
$3,500 Hiring bonus!

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.
Understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include adult and geriatric patients.
