Job Description Clinical Excellence: Perform prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
Diagnostics & Imaging: Conduct patient assessments (including vital signs), and capture medical imaging such as Panoramic X-rays using proper aseptic techniques.
Four-Handed Dentistry: Assist chairside when needed to enhance practice efficiency and patient comfort.
Pediatric Focus: Support pediatric dentistry procedures using specialized techniques tailored for children.
Patient Education: Counsel patients on dental terminology and home-care practices to promote long-term health.
Data Management: Maintain precise records and medical coding within EMR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix, ensuring strict HIPAA compliance.
part-time $47 - $57 per hour

Requirements Licensure: Valid New York State license as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Knowledge Base: Expert-level understanding of healthcare infection prevention, medical terminology, and HIPAA regulations.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication abilities and a compassionate approach to patient treatment.
