Whether greeting customers in our showroom, answering incoming calls, or assisting various departments throughout the dealership, you will play a key role in upholding the high standards associated with the Lexus brand. What You'll Do: Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area Provide administrative support to dealership departments as needed Help create a luxury-level guest experience for every customer who visits our dealership Job Requirement:What We're Looking For: Outstanding customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong computer and organizational skills Previous receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus Schedule Requirements: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Some evening and weekend hours are required Candidates must have flexibility to work schedules that support dealership operations Why Lexus of Northborough?
