Quality Assurance

Join our Quality Assurance team and help ensure our fresh produce meets the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role is responsible for inspecting products, monitoring production processes, documenting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Pay

• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Schedule

• Full-time 1st. Shift
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Job Duties

• Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met.
• Perform routine quality checks and document inspection results.
• Monitor production processes for compliance with GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Identify quality concerns and communicate them to production and management.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with audits and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous quality assurance or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, refrigerated production environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
