Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the production team supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Lavonia, GA

Pay Range: $20.20

Shift: Third shift M-F 10:30p-6a 

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following Standard Work procedures
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products as directed
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
• Follow all safety policies and promote a safe working environment

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level position
• Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
