Job Description

Our client, a dynamic player in the production industry, is seeking a Production team member to join their team. As a Production team member, you will be part of a dedicated workforce supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, the ability to follow directions, and a commitment to food safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production

Location: Rice, MN

Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour 

Shifts: 1st Shift = Monday – Friday (7 AM – 3 PM)
2nd Shift = Monday – Friday (3 PM – 1 AM)

What's the Job?

• Work at a fast pace to meet production goals.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, utilizing upper body strength.
• Rotate through three positions on the production line.
• Adhere to food safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow directions accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Willingness to work in a climate-controlled setting (45-50 degrees).
