NOW HIRING: Manufacturing & Production Associates – 1st Shift
Location: West Chester Township, Ohio
Pay Rate: $18.76/hr
Our client is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Manufacturing & Production Associates to join their growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality doors and windows.
Job Responsibilities:
• Operate small and large production machinery
• Work on door and window assembly lines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Machine products for hardware installation
• Assist with material preparation and material handling
• Stage and package finished products for delivery
• Support general warehouse and production duties as needed
• Work overtime when necessary to meet customer demands
Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials throughout the shift
