6G Pipe Welders Needed
6" pipe .719 wall – MIG downhill + Flux-Core uphill
Wire: .045 MIG / .045–.052 Flux-Core
Must pass visual & X-ray
Execute full penetration welds that meet code and inspection requirements
Read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, and weld procedures
Prepare pipe for welding including fit-up, beveling, and alignment
Maintain proper heat input and bead profile for heavy wall pipe
Ensure welds meet quality standards for visual inspection and NDT (X-ray/RT)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and welding procedures
