Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join health center north of Syracuse, NY.
- Outpatient-Only Family Medicine – no inpatient responsibilities

- Join a network of primary care providers (physicians & APPs) across seven clinics in the Watertown area
- Work at a single designated clinic location
- Hospitalist Service Manages Inpatient Admissions
- Strong Specialty Referral Network within Medical Center
- Serve a Catchment Area of 250,000 including Fort Drum, home to the 10th Mountain Army Division
- Teaching Opportunities Available through ACGME/AOA Family Medicine & Internal Medicine Residency Programs

Compensation & Benefits: - Annual Salary: $311,000 , plus a WRVU productivity model
- Signing Bonus: $50,000
- Education Loan Repayment: $20,000 per year
- Relocation Reimbursement: $15,000

About the Hospital: - 290-bed not-for-profit hospital near Kingston, ON and Syracuse, NY
- Team of 190 physicians across 45 specialties
- Full-time hospital-employed role joining two experienced BC Pathologists 24/7 full-service laboratory performing 1,000+ tests daily
- Accredited by NYSDOH, Joint Commission, and AABB
- Additional Laboratory Capabilities
- The department performs its own immunohistochemical (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) staining in-house using the Leica BOND-MAX III automated stainer, enabling high-throughput, reproducible results and rapid diagnostic turnaround.
- Digitally printed blocks and slides minimize labeling errors and ensure full traceability throughout the specimen workflow.
- Equipped with state-of-the-art Siemens Atellica chemistry analyzers and a modern LIS, supporting a robust test menu and efficient workflow.
