Outside Sales Rep Restaurants $8K+/Month OTE

What Youll Do
This is a
field-based, sales-driven role where your hustle directly impacts your income.
- Prospect & Sell: Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses daily to identify gasket issues and pitch our services
- Close Deals: Follow up on leads, return to estimates, and convert interest into paid work
- Deliver Service: Represent The SEALS with professionalism and urgency
- Stay Organized: Use Vonigo to track jobs and pipeline
- Stay Mobile: Travel throughout your territory using your own reliable vehicle
We provide full training on our sales process and products.
What Were Looking For
- Comfortable prospecting in person daily (walking into businesses)
- Must be comfortable working independently and handling rejection in a fast-paced sales environment
- Outgoing and confident starting conversations with new people
- Sales experience (B2B or field sales preferred)
- Tech-comfortable (apps, navigation, CRM tools)
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Self-motivated your effort drives your income
