Otr Box Truck Drivers

We are hiring experienced and dependable OTR box truck drivers to run routes throughout Georgia and South Carolina. This is a 1099 contract position for drivers based in GA or SC who are comfortable being Over-the-Road (OTR) for extended periods.

Schedule Options:

• 5 to 7 days OTR
• 2 weeks OTR (extended runs with additional route priority and earning potential)
• Return home based on route completion and availability
• Flexible scheduling depending on dispatch needs and driver performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a 26-foot box truck across interstate routes in GA and SC
• Complete timely and safe pickups and deliveries
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and safety checks
• Communicate with dispatch regularly for updates and instructions
• Ensure freight is properly secured and handled
• Maintain clear and accurate delivery logs

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (CDL not required, but preferred)
• At least 1 year of box truck or commercial driving experience
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to lift and move freight as needed
• Dependable, professional, and safety-focused

Compensation:

• 20%-22% of load revenue paid per trip
• Weekly pay
• Opportunities for frequent and consistent dispatch for drivers who perform well
