A busy, established OB/GYN group is expanding and seeking an additional physician to support approximately 1,000 deliveries per year. Leadership is prepared to offer top-of-market compensation and flexibility to secure the right long-term fit.
Compensation and Call
Compensation will be competitive with current market demand and is realistically expected to reach $400,000+ depending on experience and productivity. A competitive sign-on bonus is available. Call is shared at a 1 in 7 rotation, offering predictability and balance.
