Job Description

General Office Clerk

O'Brien Auto Team is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to support our daily administrative and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and contributing to a fast-paced team environment.

If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with office or clerical work, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including:
    • Reconciling account statements
    • Maintaining account schedules
    • Recording transactions in general ledgers
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
  • Ensure dealership transactions are accurately recorded and documented
  • Process incoming and outgoing intercompany mail
  • Assist with preparing reports and administrative documents
  • Provide general office support to accounting and leadership teams
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in office administration, clerical work, or accounting support preferred
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
