ClearBox Rights is one of the largest independent IP administration companies in the U.S. Position Copyright & Administration Manager Responsibilities Oversee song registrations Verify splits and onboarding of clients and agreements Recapture copyrights via terminations Register songs with PROs and various global entities Conduct song research and negotiate samples Act as liaison with clients related to song information Qualifications Personable on phone and in person Good organizational skills Proficient with Excel and MS Word MS Access skills helpful Basic understanding of music publishing, copyright, and related legal issues preferred Strong client relations and presentation skills Experience in the media industry and social media is a plus Minimum 1-2 years work experience preferred Benefits & Location Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental/Vision, 401(k) matching, Paid time off.
