Key responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including plugins and workflows Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support and training for end-users to maximize CRM effectiveness Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 6-8 years of relevant experience 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization 5+ years of experience with APIM, Azure Integration Services, and Web API 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification preferred
