Recruit, train, and manage a team of caregivers to deliver compassionate and personalized care. Conduct assessments to develop tailored care plans that meet clients' needs. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and support. Back up caregivers when required to fill shifts. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all client interactions and care services. Implement training programs to enhance caregiver skills and promote best practices in home care. Requirements Proven experience in home care management or a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in home care. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Proficient in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Experience as an HHA or CNA is very helpful. Availability Looking for open availability. This position is Mon‑Fri with occasional weekend coverages. Compensation $18.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
