Job Description

Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern supports the execution and organization of marketing initiatives across Hollman. This role is focused on how marketing runs - from campaign coordination to content execution to internal alignment. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in how strategy turns into execution. You will work closely with the marketing team to help keep projects moving, support campaign delivery, and contribute to real business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels
  • Assist with email marketing, website updates, and content publishing
  • Help coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables across the marketing team
  • Organize and manage marketing assets, files, and internal documentation
  • Assist with tradeshow and event preparation, including materials and logistics
  • Conduct research on target markets, competitors, and industry trends
  • Support sales enablement efforts by organizing and preparing marketing materials
  • Track campaign progress and assist with basic reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, or similar tools
  • Interest in marketing operations, campaign execution, and business strategy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
