About the Position

Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a difference in the lives of young children? We are seeking an on-call, part-time Assistant Teacher to work in our Toddler and Preschool classrooms . You will work as part of a supportive team to foster a nurturing, caring, stimulating, and peaceful environment. This includes:
\nModeling positive behaviors and kindness for children
\nSupporting group time and outdoor play
\nFacilitating smooth transitions throughout the day
\nPreparing engaging learning materials
\nHelping children with independence milestones
\nSupporting language development, social and emotional learning, and executive functioning skills
\nMaking the learning environment a lovely and inviting place to be

About You
\nWe are looking for someone who is naturally positive, a good communicator, and passionate about learning and child development. You must be:
\nAt least 18 years of age
\nMinimum high school diploma
\n12 Early Childhood Education Units
\nMust successfully clear criminal background check
\nPrevious teaching experience
\nCompliance with all state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position
